The Intentional Typo
Many entrepreneurs worry about making mistakes. To show that mistakes are part of doing business, we made one in the most visible place possible. We placed a giant banner on PSV’s stadium facade signed “PVS”. A deliberate slip-up by Centraal Beheer. A gentle reminder that mistakes happen, and that being properly insured matters.
Shortly after the “mistake,” a second banner appeared: “Even Apeldoorn bellen.”
